      Hello Joshau,

Keeping healthy is surely important for us to maximize our productivity for example work and academics but also to live longer and happier. The list of things one can do to keep health is long but i will point out some important tips.
#Behavior modification. We can all try to improve our day to day behavior that makes our bodies healthier. For example, by increasing our level of physical activity, consuming healthier balanced diet, reducing or avoiding the use of tobacco, alcohol and other substances, improving personal hygiene.
#Frequent medical check ups. It is recommended to have regular check up on the health condition of bodies by a qualified medical personnel such as a doctor. this helps to promptly discover if something is not well so that timely treatment can be done to make sure the body is healthier. Most of the diseases are best treated when discovered in their early stage and sometimes, we may not feel pain but through medical checkup, may get to discover that the body may not be well.
#Education and learning. Information is power, and knowing and learning more about how the body functions, and how to keep it healthier is paramount in helping us live healthier. However, always ensure that the source of this information is credible and accurate.
#Psycho-social support. We all need someone to talk to when we have problems. Sometimes these may be peers or friends, parents, siblings, elders and in some cases, we need trained professionals such as counselors. This helps us to cope and solve our problems and to know other sources to seek help and support. Ultimately, this improves our mental health and wellbeing
