      No. Pregnancies must be carried out by a female reproductive tract. There was some news recently of a pregnant man, however this man was actually transgender. That means he(she) was born a woman. Transgender people are people who struggle with gender identity because although they are born with one sex they feel belonging to the other. Transgender people can desire medical assistance to transition from one sex to another, which is to some extent possible with hormonal treatment.
