Although it is known that nutrition can influence sperm count, I am not sure groundnuts have specifically been studied. Drinking a lot of water is useful in increasing semen while eating red fruits and vegetables eg strawberry, tomatoes and any other that contain lycopene has been associated with heightened sperm count.
Peanuts have high levels of zinc and vitamin E, which is associated with an increase in sperm count and motility(makes sperms more mobile). Almonds, walnuts and cashew nuts also contain zinc.
