There isnt a “treatment” but training can help. The technique involves stimulating the penis and stopping just before you feel you are about to ejaculate. Stop the stimulation for 30-60 seconds and start again once you feel that you have regained control. Repeat this process 4-5 times, stopping and “resting” every time you feel that you are about to have an orgasm. This should help control ejaculation.

In many cases premature ejaculation gets better on its own over time. Treatment may not be needed. Practicing relaxation techniques or using distraction methods may help you delay ejaculation. For some men, stopping or cutting down on the use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs may improve how well they can control ejaculation.

      Hi da celeb,

Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause. Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. Psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression can also cause it. In some cases, it may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines.

In many cases premature ejaculation gets better on its own over time and treatment may not be needed.

      Treatment includes:
      • Practicing relaxation techniques or using distraction methods may help delay ejaculation.
      • Stopping or cutting down on the use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs
      • The doctor may recommend the man and his partner practice certain techniques to help delay ejaculation e.g. learning to identify and control the sensations that lead up to ejaculation or using a condom to reduce sensation to the penis.
      • Counseling or behavioral therapy may help reduce anxiety related to premature ejaculation.
      • There are also creams, gels, and a spray that may be used to treat premature ejaculation by reducing sensation. These medicines are applied to the penis before sex.
      • Antidepressant medicines are sometimes used to treat premature ejaculation.
