      Hi 325hthj1724,

Milk and milk products are nutritious, however, raw milk especially from infected animals can contain dangerous micro-organisms such as Salmonella, E.Coli, Listeria and others that can pose serious health risks such as food borne illness. The risk of contracting such food-borne illnesses such as tuberculosis, Listeriosis, brucellosis and typhoid is even worse for people with weakened immune system, pregnant women, old people and children.
Pasteurization and boiling milk can help to prevent such borne borne illness.
